    3212 is fine.
I updated to 3214, and updated Parallels Tools.
    Reboot.
    No network.
Tried uninstalling and re-installing 3214, same thing.

Got a backup of 3212 and reinstalled 3212.
Used the backup of my VM.
    Rebooted.
    Networking fine.

So, has anyone else seen issues like this with 3214?

I never did get WinXP networking, and could not print to my networked printer with whatever PD 2 build I was using (it was not the latest).

    Works fine in PD 3.

Did you happen to reboot after the upgrade before starting Parallels? I'm kind of wondering if some of the kernel extensions from the old version were still loaded.

    Not sure what you mean?
    Reboot the Mac?
All ears...I might try uninstalling and then re-installing again.

    Thanks,

Rebooted all of it, same issue.
As soon as I go back to 3212, it's good.
    Odd eh?

    Scott,

Please post here the output of the "ifconfig -a" command issued in Mac terminal right after upgrading to 3214.

Also, a screenshot of "ipconfig /all" command output issued in Windows after rebooting after tools upgrade will be helpful.

    Thank you.

Tim - thanks for the reply.
I will do so tomorrow - today has turned into one of those days.

    Thanks again for the help,
    Scott
