On reboot of OSX El Captain and fresh start of Windows 10, responsiveness is fine, then responsiveness declines slowly, sometimes speed improves then drops off again, within a couple hours the Space Mouse becomes unresponsive, a reboot of Windows 10 helps sometimes, but a reboot of OSX El Captain helps all the time.

Hi @JamesN4,
Lack of resources assigned to the Windows 10 and presence of unused files in the virtual machine might be the possible reasons.
You may improve the Windows 10 performance here.
Additionally, you can create a new user profile in Windows 10 for testing and check if it is stable. If it is stable in new user, it could be issue with user profile.
