Networking is fine in host OS (Tiger), and works in other VM's with Windows and Linux. This one was working for several days after 4128 upgrad (and worked fine for last 6mos in prev version). Was in Bridged Networking ... tried that and also Shared Networking fails .. unable to acquire DHCP address. Tried removing/reinstalling Parallel Tools, and tried de-installing the NIC in WinXP and letting it re-add it.... still not working ... Anyone have any tricks???? phil
