a couple of minor cursor bugs

When I am running a program (let's say Word) in coherence mode, if I move the Word application window around quickly, the icon changes back to the OS X icon with a green circle with a plus sign in it. I assume that this is being triggered as Parallels thinks you are trying to drag and drop. This is a little annoying, but the main problem is that the cursor doesn't change back. The only way to get it to change back is to move the mouse outside of Word and back into it, which I guess triggers Parallels to update the cursor.

The other problem with the cursor is that the context-sensitivity in Windows doesn't work. For example in Excel when you hover over the line between columns, it should change to a resize cursor. It does not do this, even in fullscreen mode. In fact thinking about it, even in fullscreen mode, the cursor is the OS X one, not the windows one. Has it always done this?

Thanks
Kevin
p.s. I am using build 5608
