A new feature would be: stability and less absences

Since Parallels Desktop (Business) 14, my iMac 5K, 27 inches with 16GM RAM freezes regularly. This virtual box crashes and takes 5-8h to recover. Normally this should be avoided by virtualization. I am very dissatisfied. Unfortunately, there are no alternatives, but maybe the product can be stabilized so that it can be used productively in the business sector.

The support is offered exclusively in English, is also an impertinence. I had to search now about 20 minutes, but still no solution or responsibility for my problem to find!
