"A specific Terminal Server was not found."

"A specific Terminal Server was not found. Please inform your system administrator."

I get this error almost once a week. The only way I've found to fix the issue is to uninstall the agent on the terminal server, reboot both the 2X server and the terminal server, then reinstall the agent.

Server is version 6.1, build 468.

check logs and windows event log for any other information.
this meesage occours when no agent is available or something wring is configured
