In my case this issue come after an MacOs update and the proposed solutions for the Problem ID: 352 do not help. The solution I found is: 1) Delete the Parallels application (from the applications folder take the Parallels.app into the trash. Empty the trash) 2) Reinstall MacOs without erasing your data: To do so, restart the computer while pushing Command + R. This will call the recovery window of MacOs. Select reinstall macOs (do not call disk utility). This will re-install MacOs without modifying your data. 3) Install Parallels. You are done.
