Accented characters - Windows 10 virtual OS

Hello,

I often need to use accented characters in the virtual Windows OS running on Mac OSX. Is there anyway to activate the same keyboard shortcuts that I use in Mac in the Windows virtual OS?

I have added them manually to Word, Outlook, etc. in Windows, but they seem to go away every time there is a Microsoft software update.

Could you please provide us more info on this & the steps (1,2,3...) that you are trying to accomplish, so that we can help you better.
 
What I'm trying to do is to be able to use the same keyboard shortcuts for accented characters from Mac OS in the Windows virtual OS. Is there any way to do this?
