acces mac document

hello,
i just re nstal win 10 on my paralles and i have issue with my document. i cant acces all my document on mac while open win 10. is there anyone can help ?

@AhadiC , did you reinstall Parallels Tools after the Windows update?
If not please reinstall it using these steps and let us know how does it work.
