Access denied

I want to use my Windows installation with user "Hanjo" but get the message "Acces denied. You are not allowed to use this Virtual Machine" (or similar, I translated from the German version). From user "Paula" there is no problem to use the VM.

I did not find a possibility to repair this although I did switch the rights to "Read and Write" for me, although I switched to me as owner of the Parallels folder.

The folder itself is in Users/Shared.

Any hints?

I see I do not get any answers for my problem. I understand that other users do not have an explanation. But I do not understand that no one of Parallels even tried to help me. Is this the way Parallels acts with his customers?

I see as well that there is a new Parallels 5. I would like to buy it for I need a virtualisation. But there are other products on the market - and I do not see that Parallels wishes to continue the relation. Strange.
