Access Parallels from multiple mac logins

Bit poster
When I installed Parallels desktop on my Mac, it installed in my personal Library folder. Two questions :

(1)Is there a way to make my XP VM accesible to other Mac logins on my box?
(2)Is there a way to have a Mac login automatically log in to a specific XP account on the VM, with no prompt for an XP login?
