Access works on Android App but not through Chrome browser

I can onlry connect though the Android App. When I attempt to acces via
https://my.parallels.com/pax_personal/hosts
The pictures are missing of the (only see the missing gif sysmbol) and if I chick the arrow a now tab opens but it is blank. I have tried:
Chrome (latest, including deleting cookies)
Edge (latest, including deleting cookies)
