Accessing PHP server in localhost in VM windows

I'm italian, so sorry for the language..
I need to access a PHP server that run in windows VM on 127.0.0.1:4001 but when i try to connect via the browser in windows VM I get "unable to connect". Is this beacause parallels shares internet trough localhost maybe?

Hi huynhh. Please refer this article to change the network source to Default Adapter and check if it helps.
