    Hello,

I was trying to troubleshoot a Steam game install and Microsoft recommended uninstalling some failed drivers. I selected one that said something about the parallels network adapter and my windows thing changed resolution, became small, and lost all connectivity to the internet and any of the files that used to be on the windows desktop.

    The Windows troubleshooter says,
"Windows could not find a driver for your network adapter."

When I right click on the desktop, it says, "Windows can't access \\Mac\home\desktop"
I have tried to reinstall parallels, it didn't fix it. I don't know how to get it back. Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi RoccoD,

    Please perform the following actions:

    1. While Windows is running, click on the Parallels icon on the Mac Menu bar
    2. Choose Action - Install Parallels Tools/Reinstall Parallels Tools and follow the prompt to reinstall Parallels Tools. You will be prompted to restart the computer upon completion.
    3. Click on Reboot/Restart.
    4. Try to reproduce the issue.
