Accidentally deleted windows file

I was clearing out my Mac Storage and deleted the windows iso file thinking it was no longer necessary - now Parallels won't load Windows.
Is there a way to re-download the disk image? and where should i store it for Parallels to find it again?

Hello, Windows .iso file was used to install Windows OS, once it has been installed your Windows VM should work as usual PC.
Could you please provide us with a bit more details? Did you get any specific error message during your Windows VM start?
