Account activation request has expired.

    I received an email to activate my Parallels on 10/26/16 (4 days ago) but when I attempt to access it I get the message, "Account activation request has expired." What do I do?

    I just tried it again with the same result. I also logged into my account and I see no subscriptions registered (Subscriptions and Licenses -> My Subscriptions). It is like I received an old registration but I was within the 7 days to register.
    Can you direct me as to what to do next?

    Maria@Parallels, can you direct me as to what I should do next? I am not quite sure was "it was an old message" means. Should my account be working now? It is still giving me that same message.

    Hi, I rechecked it and always seems to be OK.
    Could you please provide us with email, which you're using to login into Parallels account?
