I received an email to activate my Parallels on 10/26/16 (4 days ago) but when I attempt to access it I get the message, "Account activation request has expired." What do I do?

I just tried it again with the same result. I also logged into my account and I see no subscriptions registered (Subscriptions and Licenses -> My Subscriptions). It is like I received an old registration but I was within the 7 days to register. Can you direct me as to what to do next?
