I have a license for Parallels 2. I tried out the Parallels 3 trial on Leopard, and today when I went to use it it said the trial had expired. I dutifully went and purchased an upgrade, but when I go to open Parallels, it says it's expired and provides a "continue" button to click. But no matter what I do, though, the "activate product" link in the Help menu is greyed out and I can't enter my license key.

I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling and it is still happening.

This is Build 5160 on Leopard 10.5.1, if it matters.

There is probably an obvious solution to this but I'm missing it. Help? :)

    Solved it

    I solved this myself.

After you get the "this has expired" dialog, click Continue and then go on to actually select one of your guest OS's.

After that the menu items are no longer greyed out. I was able to successfully activate the product.
