Activating WinXP if I change virtual settings

Will it be necessary to reactivate WinXP with Microsoft if I decide to change the parameters of my virtual PC? I'm currently using the defaults that PD chose upon installation.

Back up your VM and try it. If you're not happy, restore the original and continue with parameters you don't like. :)
 
I had to re-activate after I only increased the VM's memory size from 256 to 768Megs. And then my (perfectly legal) XP complained and could not activate on-line any more. I had to activate by phone and telling a human operator that I only added memory, then they gave me a code to type in which worked.

Certainly not Parallel's fault!
