activation, desktop 4 on windows 7 64bit

I have a valid, registered desktop 4 for windows & linux license.. it runs under XP 32 bit, and did run under XP 64 bit..
I have now installed win 76 64bit, and it is asking me to activate again.. no problem I go to my account on parallels.com, get the key for my registered product.. and it says it needs a second key.. as this was an 'upgrade' from the prior workstation 2.2.

I also cut/paste the activation key from the email sent after purchasing the upgrade..

now what do I do?

well, somehow after the 4th system reboot, the activation upgrade panel took the 2.2 license key as the prior.. so I am good now..
