Dear Support Team, I'm unable to activate Parallels Desktop 17. The software prompted me to enter a valid license key for version 17, which I provided. However, it then unexpectedly asked for an additional key from an older product. Since I previously owned Parallels Desktop 14, I entered that key as well. Unfortunately, the system returned an error: "The older activation key has not yet been accepted by the license server." Is this a server-side issue? I've purchased these products with perpetual licenses, and I'm frustrated that I cannot activate them as intended. Could you please assist in resolving this promptly? Thank you for your help! Best regards, Bubu
I have purchased desktop 18 license. and now I can't reactive my license and constantly asking me to upgrade to desktop 20. I believe Parallels doesn't force users to upgrade latest version to continue using the software. Please help me with this issue. Photo attached for your reference.
Please help I suddenly couldn't activate. It's parallel 15. There is no problem with keys 15 or 14 keys. The error is attached. "The previous activation key was not approved by the license server. Please make sure that the key is entered correctly. The activation key will be stored in your Parallels account. If you feel uncomfortable with multiple activation keys or upcoming upgrade procedures, we recommend that you purchase a Parallels Desktop subscription."
HELP! Many buyers are enduring unfair treatment, and I wonder why nothing is being done to resolve it. I own a version 16 perpetual license and have been using it without any issues. However, I recently received an email stating that the license has expired. I attempted to reinstall version 16 of the program, but I encountered an error message saying, "The license server did not accept the previous activation key," as shown in the attached screenshot. I only have one perpetual license key, so I entered the same key in both input fields. Could you please assist me with resolving this issue?
