Activation issues

Hi,

I have spent all morning trying to activate Parallels 4.0. Quite frustrating.

By now I have found out, that my previously installed versions where EN versions, I have found three keys: for 2.2, 2.5 and 3.0. All en versions.
Last update went like a breeze. This time, it seems I was directed to buy a German 4.0 version - last upgrade there was no such distinction! Even though there is this disclaimer on the sales page - why do you direct me there in the first place? Just because my browser is in german?

So, how can I get this thing registered and get on with my life? I have paid for it. Please get it running NOW.
I have files several tickets, no answer - last ticket is #646880. But it seems I am not the only one with problems.

same problem! Buyed a Upgrade-Package in store, a "german" one. But my older Versions are english. Never thought, they make a difference. No warning on the package! "English" or "german" no matter for me.

Support send me an older activation-key, doesn´t work.
Tried to install an english version, but it doesn´t accept the "german" activation-key. :-(

Searching the Web, i found that upgrading is not the best idea. But 50 euro for nothing?

I dont't want to run into the same problems as other people here in the forum.

I have tried to download an English Version of the upgrade. But when I try to download from the german parallels site a warning note appears stating that the version I am downloading isn`t the English one. Although it was possible to choose an update for the english version before.

Do I have to download from the english site with an english browser and pay more money to get an english update in germany??? This can't be true...

I have also tried to contact the help centre ([Parallels #647501] [PD4] upgrade english version from german site)

Please help soon, since I have only short time to solve these issues.
