Activation key doesn't work

    Hiya,

    Hey just opened my Parallels software that I bought about a month ago, maybe longer (I've been busy!). I bought it at the apple store.

    The activation key doesn't work. There are no ? in the key- just numbers and letters.

    Help!?!?:confused:

    It should be five five character sets, separated by dashes.

    Characters are numbers and letters. Make sure you are not mistaking a zero for the letter O or some such thing. Likely it is case sensitve re letters (and all upper case, I believe).
