I had Parallels Desktop 9 until today running windows 8. I installed Parallels 11 with Windows 8 then attempted to upgrade to Windows 10 by right-clicking on the VM icon and selecting the upgrade option. Now in the setup it's requiring the product key for windows 10, saying "Windows isn't actived on this PC". When I enter my Windows 8 product key, it doesn't recognize it.

While I'm at it, I noticed three immediate differences with Parallels 11 compared to 9. First, on 9 when I opened Parallels there was just the one parallels icon on the dock and windows would load. With 11, there's a second icon, Windows 8, next to the Parallels icon. Second, the control panel. And finally, when windows opens it loads on the start page, but for the life of me I can't get to the desktop. If i click on desktop or on escape, it goes to my mac. How do I make it go back to the previous setup?
