Activation key

Hi,

I just bought the 3.0 to 4.0 upgrade.
When I try to activate the product it ask me to enter the activation key I received for 4.0 and it works.
Then it ask me to enter my 3.0 old activation key. I entered it. But I can't unlock the product. Parallels just loops on this request. So I can't use the product ...

I received the free activation key for 4.0 and simply does not work after the upgrade. The key for 3.0 neither.
