I have the same issues as many others. My old machine is not accessible so I cannot remove my Parallels license from it. I have downloaded the latest version of parallels, but cannot use my activation key ending in -TMHQ2R.
Also, this license. does not show up in my purchases list as it was purchased with an email of an account I do not have access to either. Can this license be moved to my Parallels account? In my account I have a previous license that expired on 04/10/2022. It appears that the license I have paid for on 11/08/23 (ending in -TMHQ2R) is still registered to my previous email address.
Please help as this software is expensive and I want to get my monies worth.
