I have an active subscription and all license keys I used to activate the fresh install are listed in my account. However, I am getting the following error: This license key is associated with another Parallels account. Please sign in using this account and try again. Also, my subscription, which auto-renewed on 03/09/2024, should give me access to phone and email support, but I'm being asked to buy another subscription for that. Since I am unable to speak to someone I am asking for help here. Many thanks!
