I purchased my Upgrade to 4.0 on June 30 and never got an email with my key.
I checked all my Spam folders and such.
I went to my Credit Card site to make sure it was charged to my account, and it was on July 02.
Under the Charge details was:
07/03/2009 DRI*WWW.ELEMENT5.INFO Purchase $39.99
Transaction Date: 07/02/2009
Card Type: Visa
Transaction Type: Purchase
Merchant Description: COMPUTER SOFTWARE STORES
Merchant Information: ELEMENT5.INFO MN
So I then put WWW.ELEMENT5.INFO in my address bar and it took me to http://esales.element5.com/ccc/getinfo.html
where I could now put my email address and last 4 digits of my credit card, and there it was - the whole invoice and New Parallels Key.
So I just wanted to pass this on for others who may also run into an issue where they never got a confirmation email or otherwise.
I'm up and running now.
