Add ability to select username in Express installation

    1) It needs to ask where to put the VM. It always defaults to my small main SSD. I never want my VMs there.
    2) It does not let you change the username. I do not want Parallels. Having a different user name (from mine) screws up Samba file sharing! There also seems no way to change this.

    The #1 you can change in Parallels Desktop Preferences:

    The #2 can be done if you uncheck "faster installation"
