Add details to apply Button

some times we have multiple admins access the admin console and the allow button is triggered for all, some times we dont always know what the apply button will do as the person may have left the session and not applied.
and we can be stuck with a apply button but we dont know what is to be applied.

 

Summarising and confirming the changes being applied would be really good!
