Bit poster
2012 macbook pro parallels 7 windows XP. The windows installer service could not be accessed, cannot reinstall tools. Cannot delete and reinstall tools neither can I load or delete programs, I have spent a whole day following tips with 0 success. Any help would really be appreciated

This may sound crazy but, after I did the uninstall I still have .pvm mounter tools etc on my drive. I presumed that uninstall means everything Parallels. Any idea's
