Add sound notifications for support chat

Hi,
Just requested support chat for first time. While it takes some time to start and that there is some waiting time whithin the conversation (both acceptable, that 's not the point), I like to perform other things on other screens. I now have to check regularly to see if there is a new post. A little ping sound to announce a new text line would be very nice.
