Since I searched for an answer to this and couldn't find anything about it, I figured I would post a solution when I ultimately found it.
I was trying to install the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop manager app and was getting "Failed To Install. The Application was not installed because it is not designed to be run from a network location. (Error Code: P71)". I was running the download from the Windows 10 Downloads folder - which it turns out Parallels 14 (at least, other versions maybe be the same) "maps" between OSX and Windows 10 as a network drive.
When I tried copying it to a different location I would get the same error - because at first all the locations I tried were Desktop, Documents, etc. When I copied it onto the root of the Windows 10 VM (C:\) it installed fine.

Hi @turunturun , is this issue happening only while installing Adobe CC desktop manager or all the applications inside Windows virtual machine?
