    Hi,
I am running Windows 11 Pro on Parallels Version 19.2.0 (54827), and I cannot install Adobe Creative Cloud.
My machine is a MacBook M1 Pro 16-inch running macOS Sonoma 14.1.1 (23B81).
Here is the error: This application cannot be run from a network drive. Please copy it to a local folder and re-launch it. (Error code: 71)

I am running the .exe from my desktop. What can I do to fix this error?

    Thanks!

    Hello @Namake ,
    Thank you for your feedback.
By default, after creating a Windows virtual machine, the Mac's user folders are automatically mirrored inside the virtual machine.
Thus, if you download a file from the virtual machine, the file will be saved on the Mac's side (Which is why you are getting the error message).
To resolve your issue, please follow the steps below:
    Solution A:
    1. Launch your Windows virtual machine > Copy the installer of Adobe Creative Cloud (Command+C) which is located on your Desktop.
    2. Open File Explorer > Select "This PC" > Local Disk C: > Users > (your Windows User account) > Desktop > Paste the installer (Command+V)
    3. Double-click on the installer that you just pasted and it should launch successfully.
    Solution B:
    a. Shutdown the virtual machine (Click on the Actions menu on top of the Mac menu bar > Shutdown)
    b. Right-click on the Parallels Icon in the Dock > Select "Control Center" > Right-click on the Virtual machine > Select Configure
    c. Select "Options" tab > Sharing > Customize > Uncheck "Desktop" and "Downloads" > Close the configuration window.
    d. Launch your Windows virtual machine > download the installer again > Launch it
If the issue persists, reproduce the issue and collect a technical report (click the Parallels icon on top of the Mac menu bar > Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and send the report's 9- ID
    Thanks!

Thank you! Solution A didn't work. But solution B worked fine! :)

Creative Cloud installed flawlessly after this change!
Now that Creative Cloud is installed, can I check these folders again?
