Aft Upgrade to B#3212 Tools keeps reinstalling

Since I upgraded to Build 3212 each time I start parallels it insists on reinstalling tools. How can I get over this annoying problem!

I also have the tools re installation issue. Have tried the above suggestion fron Hugh W but it keeps happening for me, running build 4128 v3 Vista bootcamp install.
