After accept windows updates, my virtual machine don't want to boot.

    Hi, i'm using Parallels Desktop for Mac V16 Standard edition since one and half year for now.

    Yesterday i was doing windows updates and after that my Windows Virtual Machine crashed and now dont want to boot. It stoping on launching and i dont know what to do now [​IMG]. Cant even get my files onto my Mac [​IMG]

    For us to further investigate the technical issue, kindly provide us with the following information:
    1. Kindly run the affected Windows 10 and collect a technical report (right-click Parallels icon in Dock > Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and provide us with the report's 9-digit ID in reply to this post.
