After latest upgrade - where's my RAM?

When I initially installed Parallels a couple of months ago it noticed I had too much RAM on my Mac Pro and asked if it could disable some of it - I clicked yes.

I just upgraded to the latest version of Parallels - how do I regain all the rest of my system RAM back on my Mac Pro?
