I upgraded Parallels Desktop for Mac 13, Windows 10, and macOS High Sierra. I believe the problem happened after just the upgrade to Parallels / Windows. The Keyboard in Windows stopped working. Worked before the upgrade.
Has it stopped working everywhere? I had a problem where the keyboard stopped working in store apps and the new parts of the shell (Cortana, Settings, etc.), but it did still work in traditional desktop apps like Notepad and Visual Studio. The problem went away for me when the latest creator's update was installed in my Windows 10 VM.
