After upgrading to os Ventura, Parallels keep saying rebooting doesnt install at all

    i have vol. 17 but my mac mini m1 chip is working but 2018 macbook pro 15 keep rebooting it show up you must restart
    i try vol. 18 but doesnt work too please help me out
