Recently rebuilt a new VM using Mac Parallels Desktop Pro, v 19.1, fresh install worked perfectly, activated the Windows 11 ARM VM then proceeded to do the Windows Updates. Upon installing Windows 11 updates to 22H2 (2 updates i believe), and rebooting, the VM boots but only shows a black screen. I can CTL + Alt + DEL and sign out or sign in or restart, but i cannot see a desktop, nor can i see the Windows start menu or launch any apps. I cannot access task manager. Only CTL + ALT + DEL and reboot, power off, restart, sign out. Cannot enter Safe mode boot either.

I am wondering if there is a VM boot command i need to use to fix this??
