All configured, and not working.

First of all, thanks for reading this and trying to help me. I'm going to be direct.


2x is not working in my android to control my deskopt(windows 7), it tells me this message:

"Code[1a/000000001]" Couldn't find the remote conexion told, bla bla bla (I got it in spanish, but I still think you know what message is that).

I'm not sure why is not working, when I did all (in my opinion) right.(I can take a pic of all you want/need)

-Port is open.

-The computer is enable to get remote access: (the blue rectangle, something missing there? I saw in other internet that there I can put another "tick" about remote access)

-The router is configured as well in remote access.

-The account is created.

-In the firewall of windows, remote access is also enabled.

-And in the 2x client in Android:

Servidores: 192.168.0.121
Puerto: 3389


Any ideas?

hi galax, yes a few ideas to be honest with you.
- check the antivirus firewall, to see if they allow connection on the port u specified and if not add an exclusion
- are u connecting with the ip or computer name? have u tried both?
- i suppose u are using a wireless router, are us sure there is no filtering there blocking the connection?

..also try port 80 instead of 3389
