All mouse clicks interpreted as right-clicks

Frequently, although I've yet to detect a pattern, every mouse click in the macOS (Monterey) guest is interpreted as a right-click. Toggling mouse (primary mouse button left/right) and/or keyboard (control key mappings) settings does not help. The only solution is to reboot the virtual machine. Version 17.1.2, Apple M1 Pro. Anyone else? Any solution to this problem?

Hello Ntersol, Please follow the steps mentioned below to fix the mouse click.
Go to Parallels Preferences -> Shortcuts -> Mouse Shortcuts -> Secondary click and check whether it is enabled. If the issue persists, click on "Restore Defaults" and let us know how it works. Thanks.

Toggling this on and off several times and always ending up with both options off appears to be a workaround
