All Views Are Dimmed.

Bonjour,

All the different views are dimmed in the menu bar (Coherence, Full Screen, Modality). Why? How can I reset the menu so I can choose my preferred view?
I'm running Version 12.1.1 (41491) on my Mac.

Bonjour Maria,
The View menu is showing the 3 optional modes (Coherence, Full Screen, Modality) which are all dimmed. I cannot choose any options.
Could that be that my Parallels VM is on an external SSD drive?

Dear Pierre, please follow below steps and keep us posted on your progress:
1. Shut down or Stop Windows Virtual Machine (Action -> Shut down or Stop)
2. Quite Parallels Desktop
3. Restart Parallels Desktop and Windows Virtual machine and checked the menu bar (Coherence, Full Screen, Modality)
If the issue still persists, please reinstall Parallels Tools.
