Allow more connectivity between OS and VM

With that I mean making it possible to for example call, or launch a MacOS Program/Script from Windows with a CMD command or Bat file.
This would allow users to fully use the Mac from Windows or any other operating system.

If you enable option to share Mac application with VM then you can start them.

E.g. in Windows they are available at path:
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Parallels\Shared Applications\
