allow using command-W to close most Parallels windows

Unlike most Mac applications, command-W cannot be used to close most forward Parallels windows, notably Control Center, Snapshots, Configuration, Preferences (but not the VM window, since command-W needs to be passed through to the guest). I love Parallels, but this one thing drives me nuts.
