Alternative to Parallels?

Is there any product that is simply just better than Parallels? There are pains with every release of Parallels, but I've been able to put up with the majority of issues that surface after an upgrade. This multiple monitor issue is a disaster, though. Ready to move on to something else, if something else actually works. Fusion, maybe? If not, guess I'm just going to run two laptops.
