I just upgraded to Parallels 12 on two Macs (I've been a user since version 6). I don't really want or need the tools in the Toolbox but I couldn't find any way NOT to install the tools...it automatically installed them when I made the upgrade to v12. And then I see that the Tools are free for a year but what about next year? Am I going to be auto-billed for something I don't want in the first place? If so, is there a way to uninstall the Toolbox?
Hello CarolZ, with the purchase of Parallels Desktop 12, you got a perpetual license for Parallels Toolbox (an unlimited duration). You can use Parallels Desktop 12 license key for activating Parallels Toolbox also and if you wish to uninstall it, please check this article
