An unknown hard disc ?

Hi John and other Users,

Im my Parallels Desktop, there is a hard disk file in /Users/bentong/Documents/Parallels/Windows XP.pvm/harddisk0.hdd/harddisk0.hdd.0.{5fbaabe3-6958-40ff-92a7-860e329aab41}.hds, which size is
about 18.8G, and I not very sure what is it because it such got a piece of blank A4 document icon and
unable to open it anymore, so does anyone know about it ? can I delete it safely ?

Its virtual machine's hard disk. If you delete it you will loose your virtual machine -- Windows installation, installed applications, all the data, everything
