Annoying desktop icon focus problem

I often use the three finger swipe to switch from windows10 to my mac, when i finished working on my mac and used to three finger swipe to swipe back to windows10, this dotted line always appear on the desktop icons. It always appear on the desktop icon I last used. I also can't seem to get rid of it with just clicking on the blank space on the desktop.This happens every time when i do the three finger swipe to mac and back to windows again it gets really annoying. I can press the F5 and windows bottom taskbar and the dotted line will go away, but it will appear again after the three finger swipe. Does this have to do with third party apps? Parallels Desktop/Tools? Windows 10 settings?
Already tried reinstalling parallel tools, tweaked parallels desktop-->configurations-->mouse&keyboard
Nothing worked, is it a focus problem??
