Thank you SimonB2. FO4 now runs on my PC after following your directions.

The DXCPL fix worked, though I need to run in borderless mode. Regardless, the performance is so bad that it's unplayable. I'm able to run Skyrim on the same VM, so perhaps its a DirectX 11 issue.

I cannot see the device settings panel. It simply doesn't appear. How might I fix it so that I can modify device settings? For reference, I am using a ProMac with 1024 MB for graphics, 4 processors at 8 GB with 8192 MB memory, and have DX 11 downloaded onto the virtual machine. I suspect that I may need to update the program, but I am not sure in the least. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
