Any ideas on how to "transport" Linux ?

    Any ideas ?

    Vmware have the ability to convert dd'ed filesystems.

    But do anyone have any ideas on how to transport Linux systems into a VM ?

    Hello Lasse,
    Thank you for you guestion.
    Now there is no ability to transport Linux. But we working on it. And, I need to say, we have success. One of next Transporter's versions will allow you to migrate Linux hosts to VM.

    Update

    Any update to this issue? Is it possible to transport a Linux system yet. I've tried a to migrate a copy of Ubuntu that was created under VMWare but receive a message "No operating system is installed on the virtual disk(s), or Parallels Transporter is unable to make it bootable."
